As a solo artist or event pianist, my passion is always for connecting with the people in the room with warmth and sensitivity. I enjoy playing "background music", as it allows me to support the interactions taking place in the room and facilitate a welcoming environment.
As a teacher, I care deeply about connecting students with the power of music in a way that fits their interests and values. I have 20 years of experience teaching (and learning from) students of all ages and backgrounds.
